What makes First Community Bank unique is our business model which offers a Regional President and local Regional Board of Directors in each of the counties we serve, all under the same charter. Each Region is operated as a community bank, emphasizing local leadership and local decision-making with Regional Presidents making most major decisions. Our Regional Presidents have loan approval authority, and deposit and loan pricing authority enabling them to provide quicker service and to respond appropriately to their respective markets.

 

Our senior management team has over 200 years of combined experience in the markets we serve. We distinguish ourselves from our competitors by providing a high level of personal service to customers who want quick, local decision-making, and who appreciate and are looking for a long-term banking relationship.

 

First Community Bank's Directors, Officers, and Staff are members of the communities we serve, and we are proud to say that they own 52% of the Bank through stock ownership. So, we "eat our own cooking!"
