1. Coupon/Remittance
Residents/unit owners receive a COUPON BOOK or STATEMENT that contains a coupon or remittance for each of your regularly scheduled maintenance payments. With coupon books, adhesive MAILING LABELS are provided in the back of the book for your convenience. It is VERY IMPORTANT that you include the coupon with your check payment, as delays in the processing of your payment could occur if you do not do so. If you do not have a coupon book, please contact your management company.
2. ACH/Auto Pay
An additional benefit FCB offers is the ability for you to have your payment AUTOMATICALLY deducted from your own personal checking or savings account (you do not need to have an account personally with First Community Bank of America). An AUTHORIZATION FORM is provided in the front of your coupon book for this option, if you so choose. Simply complete the form as instructed, and FORWARD IT AND A VOIDED CHECK using the adhesive Mailing Labels in the back of the book.
If you do not have a coupon book, you can obtain an Automatic Payment Authorization Form from your association's management company.
3. Bill Pay
On-line bill payments must reflect the following information:
- Make payable to: (The Name of the Association on the first line)
C/O First Community Bank of America.
REFER TO YOUR COUPON BOOK FOR PAYMENT ADDRESS
- Unit/home owner name and address.
- Comment/memo line must reflect the unit/home owner account number
(this account number is printed at the top of your coupon).
